People often think meditation is a practice that is hard to learn or that they are incapable of "clearing their mind" in order to meditate, but in fact it is the practice of meditation that creates a clearer mind and spirit. Meditation is not associated with any particular religion or spiritual practice and can be practiced in groups or alone. 

The Creative Wellness Meditation Room is a beautiful, safe space, where anyone may come and explore the practice of meditation. You may choose to sit in silence and pray, reflect, focus on a mantra of your choosing or just enjoy the sanctity of the space. For those seeking to learn through Guided Meditation we offer workshops where you can learn from an experienced leader on how to embrace the practice of meditation.

MEDITATION PRACTICES & BREATHWORK

The Breath is one of the most powerful tools at our disposal for self-regulation, energy generation, and overall health.  Breath helps with stress reduction, pain management, lowering blood pressure, and eliminates disease state from forming.

Meditation is a practice that transforms the mind and develops concentration and clarity to promote peacefulness, healing,  rest and recovery.

 Meditation can be practiced in traditional forms (sitting meditation) or can be applied practically through walking, coloring or even in everyday chores or tasks.  Breath work and mediation are practices that foster mindfulness.  Our  mindful coaching assist clients in developing centering and mindfulness practices to their daily routines.  Additionally we offer programming and training classes both on-site and on-line. 


Introduction to Meditation

Learn about meditation and how to develop a personal practice in an easy, relaxed Introduction to Meditation class that is presented in a little over an hour, so that it can conveniently fit into your schedule. All levels of experience are welcome. Beginners and first time mediators are encouraged. Classes fill quickly so per-registration is required.

Group Guided Meditation

Experiences are also available by appointment for corporate team building, bridal parties, birthdays, celebrations and events of all kinds.
