In the yogic philosophy, we speak on the koshas, or the 5 layers of our existence which starts with the Annamaya kosha- The Food Body. In this workshop we will begin to understand the way the body functions energetically, and the importance of refueling the body properly. There will be a sharing of sattvic recipe demonstrations, and ideas on how we can enhance our being through food! A sure way to connect to a food in a mindful, fun interactive way!
