How do we live the philosophical principles of yoga and how does that correlate into how we feed our bodies? In this workshop, we will discuss how we can feed ourselves compassionately and breakdown that pesky word, "Vegan." We will also share a food demo on how to create 3 meals using 5 ingredients.
