Stress effects us all.  Left unchecked, it leaves us prone to a myriad of physical and emotional symptoms including challenges with sleep, focus, mood, energy levels, and digestion.  Join Sarah for a 3 week immersion to understand the the scientific and yogic view of stress. Learn why yoga practice and philosophy is so effective at managing stress, and why it allows you regain a state of inner balance.  

Each week will include discussion, self-reflection, and a combination of yogic breathing, relaxation, and meditation techniques. Leave with a stress management practice you can continue with at home.
