This workshop is designed for those who want to learn about the practice and yoga and dive into asana (postures) philosophy, meditation and deep into stress reduction. This 9 week series combines our two Introduction workshops: Introduction to Yoga and Introduction to Stress Relief. You may also register for these two series separately.
