This is NOT your everyday Yoga Class! Join us for this beautiful and powerful evening of Summer yoga + live music + essential oils with the beautiful views and energy of Knox Farm State Park!
Gather in a welcoming and supportive community event led by yoga teacher Jessie Reino and EssentialYoga Academy member and yoga teacher Ali Photiadis who guide students through a relaxing, rejuvenating yoga class together with our wonderfully talented musician, Nicholas Thurkins, who accompanies the yoga class with calming, enchanting live music. It is a powerful experience, designed to take you on a transformative rhythmic journey.
The EssentialYoga Program is a completely unique, therapeutic experience designed for ALL LEVELS! It is a monthly-themed class designed with specifically chosen yoga sequences and incorporates specifically chosen essential oils that enhance the physical and emotional aspects of the class to accelerate and enhance balancing of body, mind and spirit!
BALANCE is our Workshop for August bridging our asana practice with essential oils to focus on Creating Optimal Health.
Join us as we move through a gentle flow sequenced to afford a slower-paced experience of the integration of oils, movement and breath. As the body continues to warm, it will act as its own diffuser, allowing the benefits of each oil to permeate fully. The collection of oils for this class was chosen from doTERRA's AromaTouch Technique. To help support the body's systems to function optimally, we layer eight essential oils and blends in response to stress, increased toxin levels, inflammation and autonomic nervous system imbalance. Paired with yoga, the oils help the body and mind move toward a holistic state of being.
• Please bring your own yoga mat, towel and water bottle (glass or stainless steel for use with essential oil)
