The body postures are a means to get us to meditation so we can sit comfortably for long periods of time with ease. This idea often gets lost as to why we practice yoga. In this workshop we will breakdown the basic movements of the spine, shoulders, and hips. We will also work through the way the most common postures are to feel in the body working from the inside out. This class will be movement oriented and end with a deep relaxtion.
