The body movements are a guide and a journey to get us to move to a still state, to breathe and concentrate. This workshop will discuss the 8 limbs of yoga according to Patanjali. We will read and reflect on passages of The Yoga Sutras, focus on various meditation techniques, and some of the main breathing practices to steady the mind.
