Using only your body weight, you’ll perform a series of high-intensity moves (all without putting unnecessary stress on your body) while working every muscle for a long, lean, and incredibly defined physique.
A yoga workshop to deepen your practice and guide your own journey
Have you taken a few yoga classes before but still don’t feel confident stepping into an all levels or intermediate class? Do you feel like there is something more for you than can be offered in a gentle or restorative class? Join Spencer Jones on The Next Step as he guides you through each family of yoga poses to deepen the foundation of your practice. Modifications of each pose will be offered and encouraged to meet each student at their level. A mix of discussion and practice as students will learn the most common seated, standing, balancing, and gentle inversion poses as well as an introduction to both hatha and vinyasa style yoga practices to set each student up for success in a group class setting.
