Susan is a law-of-vibration-based holistic happiness coach/mentor, author and speaker, Qi Gong Instructor, Reiki Master/Teacher, EFT Practitioner, Breathwork/ Meditation Guide, and owner of Wishmore Wellness. What is Qi Gong, EFT, and Reiki?

Qi Gong (pronounced Chi-Gung and translates to “energy work”) is often called the art of effortless flow or power, and can transform stress into vitality.
In Qi Gong practice, you learn to coordinate your breath with flowing movements and "knock" on key pressure points to increase energy and relax you at the same time. It is considered the parent of tai chi, yet it mostly involves faster movements, and is actually fun! Affirmations and intentions are spoken throughout the class and ends with a guided meditation, adding a little extra inspiration to carry you through your week. This class is ideal for all ages.
With regular practice, Qi Gong can get any stagnant or blocked energy flowing which can relieve pain and improve health. You will notice the difference right away. Students are known to leave feeling empowered and more positive in the hours and days ahead.

EFT involves stating intentions and affirmations as you tap on key pressure points along the meridians. Meridians are like rivers of energy flowing through your body.
Tapping is a wonderful way to transform negative emotion to positive emotion. And it can happen rather quickly at times. Many people feel instant relief of stress or anxiety, self doubts, or any kind of resistance really. It may even relieve pain, and has now been proven that the amygdala of the brain responds to the tapping.
It’s been said that ‘it’s weird, but it works.’ I believe part of what is working is accepting and acknowledging how we feel which allows us to let things go more easily. And doing this while tapping gets us out of our head and into our body and grounds and centers us. You have to try it to see how amazing it can feel.
An example of topics you may choose to “tap” on and feel your way into are:
The feeling of wellbeing—to feel even better in general—and/or relieve discomfort and improve health.
A feeling of self acceptance and acceptance of others—to improve your life experiences and relationships.
Feeling resilient around negative energies around you (for the empath in you).

Reiki is a powerful technique of energy work (with hands on or off the body) that reduces stress and promotes healing and personal growth. It can help alleviate pain, insomnia, anxiety and much more, as well as give an empowering feeling of wellbeing.
Also Available: Reiki Training -In Level I attendees will receive an attunement to the first level of Reiki, learn the self-treatment and treatment of others, and learn the Reiki Power symbol. The attunement further opens your inherent chakras in the head, heart, and hands, and activates a chakra cleansing cycle. This can also be used to treat your pets! Level II and III and Teacher training continues to level up your attunement and knowledge of Reiki and the symbols. Take one level or all and receive certification to practice or teach. Depending on your needs or preferences, we may practice guiding your thoughts and energy, breathwork, guided meditation, Positive EFT, and other energy medicine techniques.
You can guide and align your energy into more ease and joy, and ultimately into a higher level of wellbeing. It just takes practice. And the key is to do it consistently. You will feel more empowered and in charge of how you feel. All day, every day.
I share the steps that I have practiced for years to go from struggle to what often feels like blissful wellbeing. Be inspired and learn simple yet powerful ways to re-claim your natural born health and happiness. Putting yourself in charge of your own wellbeing empowers you and sets you free! You are invincible in your new mindset, and become a magnet for all your life’s wishes!
2: Connect with Your Powerful Soul-Self
Practice self acceptance and become your own best friend. Effortlessly attract happier, healthier relationships and circumstances. Let go of self-doubt, guilt, or limiting beliefs. You are focused on the good and any old negative patterns fade away on their own. You are able to feel one with your soul's limitless energy that is with you at all times, and set yourself free!
Align with your true self and confidently share that side of you. Feel more amused or unfazed by anything unpleasant. Set yourself free of past fears, guilt, self doubt, or “should’s,” Accept what is, and choose being happy over struggle. Allow your mind, body, and spirit to be in harmony.
It’s time for you to feel good. All day, every day. You deserve it! It’s your birthright.
3: Attract Your True Desires
Purposely create the life you want. Practice feeling that your desires feel like a part of you and who you are, and they must become your reality. Speak directly to your desires and gain clarity on your goals and dreams. Practice feeling thankful for all the wonderful things on their way to you and invite them into your life. more than ever before…
Practice playfully and purposely creating your ideal life. You can think and feel and imagine your way into any reality you wish to exist in…It just takes practice. Align your energy with your desires, and they must become yours. Or something even better. It's the universal law of attraction, and it’s real. The proof is in your results.
Where your attention goes, energy flows. So you have the ability to direct that energy to achieve more joy and success in any area of your life.
Get clearer on what you want and why. Be in the feeling place of having achieved them. You become energetically aligned with all your desires, and let them flow into your life.
All you really need to do is feel your love for life and the ease and joy of your present moment as often as you can, and everything you want will naturally fall into place.
But you can use your actions, intentions, energy, and creative thinking to feel that it’s already a part of your life and who you are. And doing so can help bring your dreams to life. Rather quickly at times! Let it be now…
Your mind and body respond to your direction. You can cultivate a tremendous sense of fearlessness, freedom, and wellbeing that feels a bit like “heaven on earth” —or you might just call it bliss.
