Shannon Alexander

Shannon has been practicing yoga for 15 years and earned her 200-YTT in 2020.

Shannon was introduced to yoga in college by her best friend and instantly took a liking to it. She especially leaned on her practice during her time in NYC to manage the stress of living in a fast-paced environment. Through teaching Shannon hopes to give her students the tools to cultivate joy in the present moment and manage the inevitable tough moments in their own lives. Students can expect to be eased into class and have plenty of cool down, but also be challenged. Being a musician and singer,

Susan Garguiolo

With over 30 years of study in the holistic field and a thirst for knowledge, Susan has nurtured and realized her dream of opening a Wellness Center.

Through her own journey and those of her clients and students, Susan seeks to remove the effects of stress, anxiety and physical pain by encouraging education through yoga, mindfulness and deep relaxation techniques. Her classes and workshops teach others to become present and learn how to react to repetitive thoughts. She has spent years guiding and coaching individuals to work with both their minds and bodies through moment-to-moment awareness - strengthening the muscle of our attention. In the years of working in these practices, she has learned to cultivate a deeper level of concentration, patience and compassion along with increased creativity.

Her mission for Creative Wellness is to create a space where people can create health, wellness and well-being in a relaxing, peaceful atmosphere. Creative Wellness is a place to educate one-self through classes, workshops, seminars and events. From nutrition and cooking classes and individual counseling, to the quieting of the mind through avenues of mindfulness, meditation and yoga, our holistic health practitioners will provide you with guidance to restore balance.

Susan believes it is critical to address the source from which all activity arises - our inner world. “If we can learn to turn our attention inward we can clarify our relationship to our self and shift our relationship to the world around us.” She looks forward to being part of your journey as you travel this path in life.

Rebecca Greiner

Becca is a mother of 2 boys living in South Wales.

She has been a yoga practitioner for over a decade and an instructor for 6 years.

In 2015, she completed YTT while pregnant with her first son. This, of course, was divine timing. Her practice grounded her through the experiences of an emergency c-section, being a preemie mama and navigating motherhood with a son who has special needs.

She draws inspiration from her world and shares this in her practice.

Sashi Racho

Sashi has been practicing yoga for nearly two decades. Her classes are challenging, yet carefully sequenced with attention to alignment. She aims to create a supportive and playful environment where students can expand their awareness and push their boundaries. Sashi recently completed her 500-hour teaching certification and believes the highest form of teaching is to be a student and she continues to learn and be inspired by her fellow teachers, students, community and the world around her. When not on the mat, you can find her hiking, cooking, cheering for the Bills and laughing with family and friends.

Stefanie Simonetta

Stefanie, a retired high school French teacher, had the pleasure of taking students, family and friends to Europe with her. There they recognized the shared human experience with those of other cultures and realized that there are other ways in addition to the American Way. The exposure opened the eyes of many students as she witnessed a shift in attitude, a desire to explore more, and the possibilities of creating change.

Teaching and interacting with students of all ages has been her joy. Having spent 32 years in the classroom teaching French and 20+ years teaching body toning classes opened the door for Stefanie to find yoga

When her mother was diagnosed with early on-set Alzheimer's, she was devastated. She was a new mother faced with losing her own mother. Anxiety and depression became part of her world. She had tremendous support but finding personal strength and determination was very challenging. However, her teaching career and her two passions, an interest in healthy foods and daily exercise, provided the focus and the physical strength to continue. To this day, she has continued along these two avenues.

“Practicing Yoga as a way of life seems very natural to me. I see myself as connected to the philosophy of yoga and I am drawn to its guidance for living a joyful life”

A certified as a 200-hour teacher, she looks forward to sharing her experiences with you
